Dr. Lindsay Norman opened Ontario Animal Hospital in September, 1990, as a full service companion animal facility. She and her staff care for cats, dogs, birds and pocket pets in a cozy, family-oriented log cabin. In fact, it is not unusual to be greeted by two or three of the staff's personal pets when you enter the lobby.

Dr. Norman provides 24 hour call service in the unfortunate event your pet is injured or sick after hours. If she is unavailable, the West Vet and Referral Center (208-375-1600) is a short hour's drive away.

Ontario Animal Hospital is located in southwest Ontario just off the Yturri Boulevard beltway, on Southwest 4th Avenue. We are open Monday though Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Additional parking is in the back near the boarding house. We will provide a cost estimate for suggested work-ups and procedures. A deposit may be required and payment is due when your pet is discharged. Payment options include cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). A payment plan is also available to qualified applicants through Care Credit. Ask our receptionist for more details.
